The prices of Attire House products are shown in Hong Kong dollars, and we only accept payment in Hong Kong dollars.

 

How Soon Will You Expect Your Order

Items that are in stock will be delivered within 10 working days from the date of payment confirmation.  

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns and exchanges unless there is a quality problem, there won’t be any charges to exchange items for a different size, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability. If you are unsure whether the item is of the right size for you, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

If you want to return your purchase and get a refund, we will refund the payment onto your payment card once all returned goods have been safely received.

We will only fulfill an exchange/refund if the item is returned in its original packaging and in original condition.

Exchange can be done by post if you do not live in Hong Kong. Unless the goods were sent incorrectly to you in the first place, you are expected to cover the cost of shipment.

Order Amendment

Once you have made your purchase online, we are unable to change or add products, or change delivery service on the original order. However, we will do our best to accommodate any amendments or cancellations to orders whenever possible. In these cases, please send an e-mail to [email protected], immediately, we will respond within 48 hours via e-mail.

 

Service Charge Of Delivery Service

Local Delivery – For all the orders below HKD 5,000, deliveries to one address within Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, a delivery charge of HKD 100 will incur. All orders above HKD 5,000 are free of delivery charge.
