Personal Information 

Attire House will not collect any information which could be used to identify you personally (e.g. name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) from this website, unless you have provided us with this information voluntarily. You should therefore never submit your personal information if you do not want this to be recorded. It is possible for someone to register on this site using an e-mail address other than their own, which could lead to you receiving e-mails from us. Should this happen, please contact us and we will remove your e-mail address from our database. All information about our customers and site visitors is kept on a secure server and we fully comply with all applicable Hong Kong data protection and consumer legislation.   1. a)    For the purpose of carrying on Attire House’s business including sale, provision, registration and promotion of Attire House’s products and services, Attire House will collect your personal information when you:
    (i)    purchase any product and/or services from Attire House in our stores, by phone, online, or through salespersons properly authorized by Attire House;
    (ii)   enquire information about a product or service from Attire House;
    (iii)  contact Attire House with an enquiry or complaint;
    (iv)  take part in market research arranged by or on behalf of Attire House;
    (v)   visit or browse Attire House’s website.

  2. b)    Attire House may also collect information indirectly from you when you visit or browse Attire House’s website.

 

Types of Personal Data Collected

  1. a) For the purpose of carrying on Attire House’s business including sale and provision of Attire House’s products, the information that Attire House collects include but is not limited to the following:
    (i)    your name;
    (ii)   your delivery/service address, correspondence address and/or billing address;
    (iii)  contact details, including contact name and telephone number and email address;
    (iv)  an email or letter you send to Attire House; and other records of any contact you have with Attire House;
    (v)   your account information, including but not limited to dates of payment.

  2. b)    In support of the provision of products and/or services by Attire House, information may be automatically collected by Attire House on how you use Attire House’s products and services, including but not limited to your searching, browsing history in Attire House’s website.

  3. c)    When you enter Attire House’s website, we will use cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information which are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Attire House has relationships with carefully selected and monitored suppliers to assist in the delivery of a high quality website. Some of these suppliers may also set cookies during your visit in order to meet contractual obligations with Attire House.


These cookies do not store any personal details relating to you or your credit cards. If you do not wish to receive cookies you will not be able to use this website. Attire House will destroy any personal data it may hold in accordance with its internal policy. Personal data will only be retained for as long as Attire House needs it unless the personal data is also retained to satisfy any applicable statutory or contractual obligations or for the purpose of investigation, detection and prosecution of crime.
